    Depends on which ghost you are referring to? If it’s any of the 3D ones I either created them in Blender or ZBrush and you can find tutorials for both of those all over the web.

    If it’s the 3D print, I used http://www.shapeways.com/ to do the printing and they have tutorials on their site.
